When you purchase any guide from the Value Delivery Management (Project Sponsor Pty Ltd company), you’ll will be requested to create an account, from which you can download the Guide and the associated bonuses by logging into your account.

Please note that the download expires after 14 days and has a maximum download limit of 3.

The downloaded publication is copy controlled. IE if you have purchased one copy, you can print one copy only. If you have purchased ten copies, you can print ten copies only.

In addition, you’ll also receive, a series of bonuses associated with this Guide that you can use.

In addition, you can purchase an annual subscription to the “Resource Library” where we provide additional tools and assistance to enable you to manage risks more easily and effectively.

For individual purchases, you can access the Resource Library (for those of you who have subscribed) by logging into your account. We will then charge the annual Resource Library access fee on the anniversary of your payment.

Pricing Policy and Usage Licence Agreement

When you purchase one or more Guides you receive the Guide and immediate access to the Guide-associated materials. This access to the supporting materials, including all updated materials, is renewed annually by payment of the relevant ‘value delivery renewal’ fee (which will be automatically charged to the purchasing credit card).

Details of what is provided or made available for each product is defined on each product’s detailed product description page. Where any item is not immediately available, this will be sent to you as soon as it becomes available. In addition you will be notified of updates and improvements uploaded to valuedeliverymanagement.com

By purchasing one or more Guides you become part of the valuedeliverymanagement.com ‘club’ whereby valuedeliverymanagement.com can be your most valuable resource for project and value-delivery tools.

Our Guides are designed for

Individual use
where you want to improve your own capability or to assess our Guide’s applicability for use across your project or organization. Each Guide has a single unit purchase price that usually represents a mere fraction of one percent of your total project’s costs and includes access to a range of additional tools and support aids.

Project team or Group use
where all parties have their own copies (as required by the usage license agreement) and therefore you want to purchase ‘in bulk’. For most Guides, except where they’re not designed for project-specific or group use, can be bought in multiples of ten.

If you want, say, 23 copies you should purchase 2x10 sets and 3x1 copies.

Corporate use
where you want to adopt or make available the process across your organization. A corporate purchase allows you unlimited use within your organization. In multi-segmented organizations, the legal entity purchasing the corporate use license is the entity entitled to use it. Consultant use
where you want to use the Value Delivery Management knowledge, tools and techniques on your clients. NB your purchase is for your use alone. When using on and with your clients you or they must buy their individual copies as per the usage licence agreement. You are not permitted to build these techniques into your approach without prior arrangement with valuedeliverymanagement.com.

Consultants intending to or interested in delivering value delivery management tools and techniques to their clients should become VDM-Affiliates whereby you can also earn commissions on Guides and other materials sold to your clients. Training organizations
where you want to educate and train practitioners, executives and/or organizations in one or more value delivery management techniques or tools. Standard Usage Licence Agreement

Valuedeliverymanagement.com grants you a limited, non-exclusive license to use this Guide subject to the terms and restrictions set forth in this Usage License Agreement.

You are not permitted to use the Guide in any manner not expressly authorized by this License. You acknowledge and agree that ownership of this Guide, its contents and the associated Program documentation, and any subsequent versions, regardless of the form or media is held by Project-Sponsor Pty Ltd or its suppliers.

The Guide is licensed for use within your organization only, and cannot be copied, re-sold or used with other organizations (eg in a consulting context). Each user must have purchased or had purchased on their behalf a copy of this Guide.

No part of this Guide or its associated documentation may be put on or made available on the Internet or to other organizations without Project-Sponsor Pty Ltd’s express permission. Provision or use of any of this material on an organization’s intranet requires the relevant corporate licence to have been purchased.

No assignment; no reverse engineering
You may transfer this Guide to another party within your organization (only) if such party accepts the terms and conditions of this Usage License Agreement. Transfer of this Guide, its associated materials or any part thereof to another organization or legal entity or consultant/vendor client is expressly prohibited.

Modification, adaptation, extracting or reverse engineering of this Guide or any other part of the Program is expressly prohibited except where templates and proformas for internal adaptation and use are provided.

No performance guarantee
Performance examples and assertions made in our materials are based on proven results but do not guarantee like results, performance or outcomes.

Use restrictions
You agree that you will not use the Guide or any associated documentation or any documents utilizing the Value Delivery Management Program in violation of any applicable laws or regulations of Australia or the country in which you obtained and use them.

Terms and conditions
Your license to use this Guide is effective upon payment of the purchase price and annual renewal fee (where applicable) or until terminated.

It will terminate immediately if you fail to comply with any term or restriction of this Usage License Agreement. Upon such termination you agree to destroy the Guide and any associated documentation, together with any intranet copies or extracts or alike, or return them to valuedeliverymanagement.com.

Governing Law
This Usage License Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Victoria and by the laws of Australia, excluding any conflicts of legal principles.

Severability
In the event any provision of this Usage License Agreement is found to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the validity, legality and enforceability of any of the remaining provisions shall not in any way be affected or impaired.

Entire agreement
This Usage License Agreement is the entire agreement and may be amended only in writing by valuedeliverymanagement.com.
