Change Management
Why do so many change initiatives fail to deliver success,
staff satisfaction and the expected results? Because so much change
management is poor to bad to appalling!
In our worldwide research into the drivers and destroyers of project
value ‘change management’ was consistently found to be the worst
performed aspect of project and value delivery. And, if you cannot
deliver change you cannot deliver value!
So much nonsense seems to be written about change. Multiple spurious
theories drive change management approaches to disaster and actually
create the resistance to change that they are supposedly designed to
address.
Change does not need to be difficult. It does not need to be
resisted. We have had teams of staff who will be made redundant as a
result of the changes actively working for the change’s success!
Our approach
The key is how you approach, structure, plan and implement change. And this needs changing.
Most change approaches talk about change more than they help you make change happen. Our approach is action oriented.
Our approaches also make change welcomed, controlled, understood and
enthusiastically implemented — and you cannot ask more than that.
The following Guides enable you to effect change that delivers the
expected business outcomes, benefits and value — ie deliver the project
results and business success.
