Closer and closer

To my knowledge, no individual or organization has tried to do what I have done – to revisit every aspect of project delivery from Corporate Planning through to Benefits Realization and each process and role redefined along the way.
It has taken 20 years. But I have proven that this new approach to projects can consistently double or more the realized returns from projects. At least double the returns for the same level of investment – that must be worthwhile.
How it all comes together, how and why it works so well and how it reduces the time, cost and angst of project delivery while increasing the value realized is all about to be revealed.
